西安市农产品冷链物流问题探析

On the Cold Chain Logistics of the Agricultural Products in Xi'an

对于农产品而言,冷链物流要最大限度地保证产品品质安全,减少损耗,防止污染。文中介绍了冷链物流的相关知识,而后阐述了西安市当前农产品冷链物流的发展现状,分析了西安市发展农产品冷链物流存在的一系列问题及其原因,最后提出了西安市进一步发展农产品冷链物流的建议。

For agricultural products,cold chain logistics should guarantee product quality safety,reduce the loss and prevent pollution.In this paper,some related knowledge of the cold chain logistics was introduced,and then the development and problems of the cold chain logistics of the agricultural products in Xi＇an was analyzed,at last some corresponding advices to develop the cold chain logistics of the agricultural products in Xi＇an was proposed.
