港口作为全球综合运输网络的节点,在发展现代经济和城市发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。如何将港口的功能最大化发挥显得十分重要,解决这个问题必须把港口的运作效率摆在突出的位置。文中在此基础提出港口运作效率研究,首先重新界定了港口运作和港口运作效率以及研究港口运作效率的价值性;其次建立港口运作效率的评价指标体系和衡量港口运作效率的数学模型;并对NCTC运作效率的实证性进行研究;最后提出NCTC运作效率改进措施。

The ports as the world＇s integrated transport network node and it plays an increasingly important role in the development of modern economic and urban development.How to maximize the functionality of the port that stands out,the operational efficiency of the port placed in a prominent position to solve this problem.On this basis,the efficiency of port operations would be put out in this paper.First of all,the paper redefine the efficiency of port operations and port operations,as well as the value of the study of port efficiency;followed by the evaluation index system,it establish the efficiency of port operations in China,and the mathematical model to measure the efficiency of port operations;then empirical research on the efficiency of port operations-Jiangsu Nantong Port,for example,specific studies,and finally give some measures to improve our port efficiency improvements.
