摘要
从产品的供应、生产、需求和市场环境四个方面来考察供应链的不确定风险,在综合考虑诸多因素的基础上,建立了不确定风险评价指标体系。为最大限度地减少专家评价的主观性,将群组决策与模糊综合评价法相结合,建立了基于群组决策的供应链不确定风险评估模型。最后通过应用举例,以验证该模型的科学性和合理性,并针对结果进行了相应的分析。
The supply chain uncertain risk has been investigated from four aspects: the supply uncertain risk,the production uncertain risk,the demand uncertain risk and the market environment uncertain risk.Analyzing the factors that influence the uncertain risk,it puts forward the evaluation index system.The group eigenvalue method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish assessment model of supply chain uncertain risk based on group eigenvalue.The rationality of the model was detected by testing examples,according to the testing result,corresponding analysis was carried out.
