连锁超市在我国已发展很多年了,目前正在以更高的速度迅猛发展。随着全球经济一体化,沃尔玛、家乐福等大型国外连锁企业纷纷抢滩我国,给国内连锁企业带来巨大的冲击。我国本土连锁超市企业虽然得到了长足的发展,但与国际大型连锁超市企业的营运水平相比还相距甚远。如何提高企业在市场中的竞争力,是一直以来我们都在思考的问题,配送作为连锁经营最重要的一环出现在人们的视线中。文中以泸州汇通连锁超市为例,分析了其物流配送中存在的问题,并提出了连锁企业物流配送中心发展的对策建议。

Chain supermarket in China has been developing for many years,is currently at a higher speed of rapid development.With the global economic integration,Wal-Mart,Carrefour and other large foreign chain enterprises have vied for our country,to the domestic chain enterprises to bring huge impact.Our local supermarket chain enterprises to obtain the considerable development,but with the international large supermarket chains operating level is compared still apart is far.How to improve enterprise competitiveness in the market,is we have been focusing on the distribution of chain management,as one of the most important ring in the line of sight of people.This paper takes Luzhou Huitong supermarket chain as an example,analyzes the logistics and distribution problems,and put forward the chain enterprise logistics distribution center development countermeasures.
