浅谈房地产背后的土地财政

房地产作为与我们的生活息息相关的产业,受到了越来越广泛的关注,而在过去的几年中,房地产泡沫却越来越严重。目前,中央出台了一系列的调控措施,具有一定效果,但并未触及房地产价格虚高本质。文中通过对房地产调控手段效果较小的背后深层原因的分析,得出了土地财政的危险性,并提出了相关的解决方案。

Real estate as our livelihood and is increasingly widespread concern.But in the past few years,real estate bubbles became more and more serious.At present,the central government introduced a series of regulatory measures,which has a certain effect,but did not touch the essence of high price of real estate.This paper by analyzing about the deep reason that the lesser effect of adjusting and controlling of real-estate,arrives at the dangers of land finance and puts forward the relevant solutions.
