摘要
在国家教育部"卓越计划"支持的背景下,培养符合我国物流企业需要的具有较强实践能力的物流工程专门技术人才,已成为相关高校的一项重要而紧迫的任务。文中探讨了"卓越计划"下物流工程师的角色定位问题,并初步探讨了物流工程专业的校企联合培养机制,包括总体思路、具体设想以及应注意的几点问题,为物流工程卓越人才培养提供新思路。
With the support of ＂excellence program＂raised by the national ministry of education,cultivating specialised logistics engineering talents who accord with the requitements of the national logistics enterprises and be equipped with strong practice ability has becoming an improtant and urgent task for relevant colleges.this paper discusses the roles of logistics engineers under the ＂excellence program＂and the college-enterprise cooperative cultivation mechanism,including general ideas,specific conceives and some issues which should be paid pay attention to,for providing some new ideas for cultivating excellent logistics engineering talents.
