大学生个体人格的差异性决定了人格塑造目标的不同,着眼于建设和谐社会的需要,高校人格培养应以大学生的公民人格为基础目标,培养全面发展的健全人格为主导目标,"真、善、美"统一的和谐人格为最高目标。大学生和谐人格塑造任务的最终完成,是基础目标向最高目标逐步递进的过程,应当以三项目标的整体实现为标志。
