采用文献资料法、实验法和观察法对学生在学习武术技能过程中,运用表象训练配合学生主体相结合的教学手段,对比缩短武术教学泛化阶段的形成过程,找出武术教学泛化阶段延长的原因,并提出缩短泛化过程的方法。对实现教学目标,完成武术教学任务,提高教学质量具有重要的促进作用。
