摘要
在运动队管理的研究领域,关于执行力的研究还是盲点。在提出运动队执行力研究必要性基础上,借鉴企业和行政管理领域相关研究成果,针对我国运动队执行力的基本理论进行了初步探讨并提出相应对策,以求从新的研究角度提高我国运动队的管理水平。
There is no research on the executive force in supervising sports teams,so this paper is to,on the basis of putting forward the necessity of this research,taking the relevant research results of Enterprise and administrative management,initially exploring some basic theories of the force of Chinese sports teams,provide some countermeasures in an attempt to improving the level of management.
