新课改背景下高师生物科学人才培养模式探索 被引量:1

摘要 随着新课程在全国范围的逐步实施,现有高师生物科学人才培养模式已经不能适应新课改的需要,已经出现诸如课程设置针对性不强,实践教学落实不够等亟待解决的问题。因此,作为教师摇篮的高师院校来说,必须调整高师生物科学人才培养目标、合理设计高师生物科学人才培养规格,并从重构课程体系、优化教学内容与教材、改革教学方法与教学评价方式、拓宽实践教学培养途径、加强师范技能的培训等几个方面选择高师生物科学人才培养途径,以期构建起重素质、重能力,具有时代特征的多样化的人才培养模式。 Along with the implementation of New Curriculum Reform nationwide,the existing biological science personnel training pattern will not meet the needs of the reform.There have some problems urgently to be solved,such as,lacking of strong pertinence,insufficient implementation of practice teaching.Therefore,teachers' colleges,the cradle of teachers,will have to adjust their goals of biological science personnel training and design the training specification reasonably.And they also should restructure their curriculum systems,optimize the contents of courses and the teaching materials,reform their teaching methods and teaching evaluation systems,widen the ways of practice teaching,and enhance the training of teaching skills,and so on.The colleges and universities may select their biological science personnel training ways from these aspects above.Thus a diversified training model will be soon constructed,which pays much attention to inner quality and ability of students,and has features of the times.
