摘要
采用光学显微镜、SEM和EPMA分析了帘线钢中钛夹杂物形貌,定性分析了其成分,并运用热力学、凝固偏析及长大动力学理论初步计算得出:在目前南钢80级帘线钢生产条件下,TiN只能在凝固率大于98%的两相区或固相区生成,TiN夹杂的最大尺寸小于7μm。
Morphology of Titatium inclusions and composition are analyzed by means of OM, SEM and EPMA. At the same time, conclusion can be drawn that under the condition of grade 80 steel cord at NISCO, TiN can be formed only in two-phase region or solid region whose solidification ratio is more than 98%, the maximum size of precipited TiN particles is less than 7 μm based on theory of thermodynamics, solidification segregation and growth kinetics.
