轧后弛豫时间对高强钢组织和性能的影响研究

摘要 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,模拟了轧后弛豫时间对Q550D的组织和性能的影响,用扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同轧后弛豫时间下的组织、亚结构进行了观察。结果表明,随着弛豫时间的增加,板条贝氏体组织先变细后又变粗大;强度先升高后下降,在弛豫时间为20s时强度达最高值,综合力学性能也较好。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of Q550D under different relaxation time are studied by the means of Gleeble-3800 thermo-mechanical simulator,the microstructure and the sub-structure are observed by SEM and TEM, the results show that with the relaxation time increasing, the banitic structure turns finer at first and then turns coarse ,the strength first increases and then decreases. When the relaxation time is 20s, the strength can reach the maximum value and mechanical property is the best.
