摘要
阐述了中高碳钢盘条脱碳影响因素,结合现场实际生产工艺,制定了帘线钢盘条脱碳试验方案,并进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:将坯料进行剥皮,降低空燃比,减少坯料在高温段停留时间,盘条的脱碳从60~80μm,降到45μm以下,氧化铁皮厚度从14~18μm,降到8μm以下。
This paper introduces the factors effecting decarburization of high carbon steel wire rod. Test scheme is made based on actual production. The results show that the decarburization can be decreased by 45 μm from 60 to 80 μm and the scale thickness can be decreased by 8 μm from 14 to 18 μm through some measures such as scaling the billet,reducing the air-fuel ratio and reducing residence time of the billet in high temperature period.
