摘要
近年来屈服强度690MPa级的高强板广泛应用于煤矿机械、港口机械和工程机械,此类高强板有两种生产方式:一种是控轧后在线淬火+回火;另一种是控轧后离线淬火+回火。本文针对两种生产工艺下高强板的设计路线、生产工艺、应力应变、相变组织和相对应的焊接工艺进行分析研究。
High strength plate with 690MPa yield strength has been widely applied to mining machinery, port machinery and engineering machinery in recent years. This kind of plate has two modes of production: one is online quenching after controlled rolling and tempering, the other is offline quenching after controlled rolling and tempering. The design route, production process, stress and strain, transformation structure and welding process are analyzed and studied in the paper.
