摘要
针对中板厂生产的S355J2钢板冷弯性能不合格,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜进行了分析。结果表明,不合格的主要原因为魏氏组织缺陷、混晶缺陷的影响。通过严格控制加热工艺、轧制工艺和冷却工艺可以解决冷弯不合格的问题。
The unconformity causes for cold-bending property Of S355J2 steel plate at Medium Plate Plant are analyzed by means of OM and SEM. The results show that the defects of widmanstatten structure and mixed grain are mainly reasons. The problem has been solved through strictly controlling reheating process, rolling process and cooling process.
