高校图书采购质量的影响因素包括图书采购理念、采购队伍、采购经费、采购模式和采购监督等方面。近几年,由于高校扩招和教学评估的需要,各高校纷纷超常规大量采购图书,使高校图书采购中出现比较严重的质量问题。提高高校图书采购质量,应从改善图书采购队伍的综合素质、形成科学合理的图书采购模式、建立健全图书采购的监督机制入手,完善采购制度、规范采购程序、提高图书采购的效率和透明度。

Several factors exert influence on books purchasing including philosophy of books purchasing, books purchasing staff, books purchasing funds, books purchasing mode, books purchasing supervision and so on. In recent years, to meet the needs of enrolment expansion and teaching evaluation, books purchasing is unregulated, resulting in serious problems. It is pointed out that, in order to improve books purchasing, great attention should be paid to enhancing the quality of book purchasing staff, developing sound and reasonable book purchasing mode, and establishing and developing supervision system.
