摘要
针对某空压站机组原继电器控制系统的缺点,利用PLC、变频调速技术对其进行改造。对该控制系统的硬件组成、网络结构、系统功能、系统实时监测的实现等均做了具体的分析和设计。用西门子S7-200 PLC作为中央控制处理器集中控制整个变频系统的启动、运行、切换、故障报警、数据采集等,并将运行参数通过以太网上传给上位监控机。组态软件易控(INSPEC)对监控系统进行详细的组态,并完成相关数据的存储、查询、报表以及故障诊断等。经过现场运行,系统稳定、安全可靠。
Aiming at the defect of relay control system of a compressed air station unit,a compressed air station relay control system is modified based on PLC and frequency conversion technology.A detailed analysis and design for the composition of the control system hardware,network architecture,system features,such as real-time monitoring of the implementation is conducted.Siemens S7-200 PLC centralized control system is used as the central control processor for frequency start,run,switch,fault alarm and data acquisition etc.Operating parameters will be uploaded to the host monitoring machine via Ethernet,and configuration software INSPEC is employed for detailed monitoring system configuration,and relevant data storage,query,reporting,diagnosis etc.Practical operation indicates that the system is stable,safe and reliable.
