摘要
性能优良的安装架可以减少机载设备在工作中承受的机械振动,是机载设备正常工作的保障。基于安装架的结构形式和工作状况,利用ANSYS软件建立了安装架的参数化有限元模型,并通过数值分析获得了该安装架的模态频率和振型。实验结果表明该分析方法的正确性,为其全面动力学特性分析和结构优化设计提供了参考。
In order to reduce the mechanical vibration of airborne equipment,excellent performance of the mounting frame can ensure normal work security of the equipment.Based on the structure of its form and working conditions,the bracket parametric finite element model of the accurate numerical analysis is established by using ANSYS to obtain the modal frequency for its overall dynamic characteristics and structure optimization design.The experiments show that this method is correct,and can offer the overall kinetics characteristic analysis and structural optimization for design reference.
