摘要
用氯仿对瑞香狼毒根粉进行提取后,再用硅胶柱对粗提物进行多次分离纯化,最后得到了一个纯化合物,结构鉴定确定其为2,6,10,15,19,23-六甲基-2,6,10,14,18,22-二十四碳六烯(角鲨烯)。以蚕豆蚜和粘虫为靶标对其进行了生物活性测定,结果表明:它对这2种害虫都有较好的杀虫活性,24 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为18.0,12.7 mg.L-1。
The root powder of Stellera chamaejasme was extracted with chloroform.The crude extract obtained was chromatographed with silica gel columns several times.One pure compound was obtained.It was identified as 2,6,10,15,19,23-hexamethyl-2,6,10,14,18,22-tetracosahexaene(squalene).Its insecticidal activity against Aphis craccivora and Leucania separata was determined.The results showed that it had good insecticidal activity against them.Its median lethal concentration(LC50)(24 h after treatment) was 18.0 mg·L-1 and 12.7 mg·L-1,respectively.
