从科学、实用的角度出发,利用全面质量管理理论分析和探索高端楼盘园林景观施工管理的方法。文章通过分析"泛海国际"居住区5#地块的施工实例,展示模型具体应用办法,证明模型的实用性。其实例、方法和建议可供高端楼盘园林景观项目施工参考。
Based on a scientific and engineering practice, the method of constructing and managing the landscape project of the top- class real estate was explored by the theory of total quality management. The project model＇s utilizing method was demonstrated and its practicality was proved. Therefore it could be as a reference and advice for future landscape projects of the top-class real estate
