The Early Test of Modern China Consultative Politics

政治协商是我国社会主义民主政治的重要实现形式和政党制度的基本活动形式,是一种具有非常不同内容和形式的理论思维,与历史上的协商尝试有一定的联系。清末的谘议局和咨政院、第一次国共合作时期的两党联席会议、抗日战争时期的国民参政会,以及抗日战争胜利后的政治协商会议这些较有意义的协商尝试,都对中国政治协商制度的创建有一定的历史影响。

Political consultation is the important way in the realization of socialist democratic politics and the basic way of activities of political party system in China.It is a theoretical thinking with quite different contents and forms,which has a close relation to consultation trial in history.These more meaningful negotiation trials,such as The Negotiate Bureau and Corporative Chamber in the end of the Qing Dynasty,The Joint Meeting of The Two Parties during the period of First Cooperation of Kuomintang-Chinese communist,the National Political Assembly during the Anti-Japanese War,and the political consultative conference after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,all mentioned above have certain historical influences on the creation of Chinese political consultative system.
