摘要
通过对现有降尘原理的综合理解与运用,设计一种安装在清扫车垃圾箱内的降尘罩,并建立仿真模型,运用FLUENT软件对其进行气固两相流仿真分析,跟踪粉尘在降尘罩中的运动轨迹。仿真分析结果表明:该降尘罩有较好的降尘效果。
By comprehensively utilizing dust falling principles available, a dust settling chamber which is installed in the dust bin of a motor sweeper is designed and simulated. Through 3D modeling and simulation analyzing the gas-solid two-phase flow of the dust in the chamber with FLUENT, the dust movement locus in the chamber is traced. The result of simulation analysis shows that the chamber would work effectively.
