摘要
顶岗实习是职业教育人才培养的重要环节,是实现人才培养模式改革创新的重要途径。面对职业教育深化改革和经济体制转型的新形势,学生顶岗实习还存在很多困惑,文章深入剖析了产生的原因,并就如何促进学生顶岗实习顺利开展,提出了一些有针对性的对策。
Post practice is an important link of vocational education for talent training, and is also an impor- tant way of innovation for talent training reform. With the situation of vocational education innovation and economic system transition, there are still many puzzles among students on post practice. In this paper, the author analyzes the reasons and promotes a series of measurement for students on how to smoothly de- velop post practice.
