高职院校技能竞赛运行机制的现状及对策

Current Status and Countermeasures of Operation Mechanism in Skills Competition of Higher Vocational Colleges

在探讨了高职院校技能竞赛运行机制内涵的基础上,分析了现行运行机制的发展现状并指出了存在的配套制度滞后、竞赛理念含糊、竞赛程序失范和经费投入不足等问题。最后,从完善技能竞赛制度、创新技能竞赛运行机制和更新理念等方面提出了具体对策。

Development situation of current operation mechanism was analysed and problems such as lag- ging behind supporting systems, vague idea of competition, misconduct program of competition and insuffi- cient outlays were pointed out based on the discussion of operation mechanism connotation in skills compe- tition of higher vocational colleges. Finally, specific countermeasures were proposed in the following as- pects： perfection of skills competition systems, innovation of operation mechanism in skills competition and renewal of idea.
