基于企业实践的教师自适应教学能力探索

摘要 高职院校专业教师是一类具有特殊知识结构和能力结构的复合型专门人才,企业实践是专业教师提高职业教学能力的内在需求,也是落实就业导向、能力主线职业教育方针的具体措施。教师通过企业实践,以其工作岗位的真实性、工作环境的现场性,工作过程的有效性成为丰富教师企业经历,拓宽教学视野,提高教学能力的重要环节,成为教师自适应培养素质高、知识新、技能强、业务精的"双师"队伍的重要途径。 Professional faculty is regarded as complex expertise with special knowledge and ability structure in higher vocational colleges. And business practice in relevant enterprises is taken as internal need for the professional faculty to enhance vocational teaching ability, and also as specific measures to implement em- ployment-oriented vocational education policy with high priority in vocational capability. Therefore, facul- ty's business practice in corresponding enterprises with real post, work-site environment and effective work processes as well is believed to be an important round to have faculty's experience in enterprise en- riched, to broaden their teaching vision as well as to further advance teaching ability. And also, the above- mentioned business practice shall be a critical way to cultivate high-qualified faculty with sound self-adap- ting teaching ability, fresh knowledge, sophisticated skills and vocational proficiency.
