民办高校在我国高等教育体系中的作用日益重要,随着在校生人数增加,民办高校学生的德育问题越来越凸显,民办高校思想政治理论课教师的担子越来越重。从分析民办高校学生特点和思想政治理论课教师现状的基础上,探析民办高校思想政治理论课教师应承担什么样的角色。

Private colleges play an increasing role in high education system in our nation, so as the increas-ing number of students. Moral education in private colleges is increasing prominent, thus the burden on the shoulders of teachers is increasing heavy. The paper analyzes the features of students in private colle- ges and the situation of teachers of ideological and political theory course, then searches what kind of roles should the teachers of ideological and political theory take in private colleges.
