泪腺肿瘤病人手术治疗的临床护理

Clinical nursing of surgical treatment for patients with lacrymal gland tumor

[目的]探讨泪腺肿瘤病人手术治疗的临床护理方法及效果。[方法]以2009年1月—2011年1月收治的22例泪腺肿瘤病人为研究对象,做好基础护理、心理护理、预防术后并发症的发生、加强眶内容物剜除术的护理,观察术后病人的视力改善率、症状改善情况,随访观察6个月至2年,统计病人的复发率。[结果]22例病人术后外上眶缘包块均消退,7例病人的视力显著改善,13例病人的视力好转,2例病人视力无变化,上睑下垂及眼球运动受限的症状明显缓解;随访6个月至2年,复发2例,无死亡病例。[结论]对泪腺肿瘤手术治疗的病人进行术前、术后精心护理、严密观察病情,可以促进病人伤口的愈合,防止感染、出血等术后并发症的发生,提高护理质量。

Objective：To probe into clinical nursing methods and effect of surgery for patients with lacrymal gland tumor.Methods：The 22 cases of patients with lacrymal gland tumor who were treated in our hospital during January in 2009 to January in 2011 were chosen as the research objects,the nursing measures were given to them such as basic nursing,mental nursing,preventing the postoperative complications and strengthening nursing of orbital enucleation,and the improvement of symptoms and rate of improvement in visual acuity were observed,the patients were followed-up for 6 months to 2 years,then to count the recurrence rate.Results：After the operation,the mass of the upper outer orbital margin in 22 patients were dissipated,visual acuity of 7 patients improved significantly,visual acuity of 13 patients improved,the visual acuity of 2 patients didn＇t change.The symptoms of blephroptosis and limited eyeball movement released significantly.Following up for 6 months to 2 years,there were 2 cases recurrence,no patients died.Conclusion：preoperative and postoperative elaborative nursing to patients with lacrymal gland tumor before or after surgery and observing the patient＇s condition carefully can promote wound healing,prevent postoperative complications such as infection and bleeding so as to improve the nursing quality.
