腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆管结石的手术配合

Operative coordination on laparoscopes combined to choledochoscope surgery for cholangiolithiasis patients

[目的]总结腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜同时行胆总管切开取石T管引流术(LCTD)的护理配合经验。[方法]从术前访视、物品准备、术中配合、术后仪器管理几方面配合完成LCTD 30例。[结果]30例LCTD手术均成功。[结论]LCTD手术配合专业性强,护士需密切配合手术过程中的各个环节,才能确保手术顺利进行。

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of operative coordination of laparoscopic choledcholithotomy and T-tube drainage（LCTD） surgery.Methods：The 30 LCTD surgeries were completed under the operative coordination including preoperative interview,materials preparation,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative equipment management.Results：All 30 cases were successfully completed.Conclusion：Operative coordination of LCTD is very professional,so nurses need to closely cooperate with all aspects of surgical procedures,in order to ensure the LCTD operation successful.
