18例腹部手术后发生高渗出性伤口的观察与护理

Observation and nursing care of 18 cases with hyper-exudative wounds after abdominal operation

[目的]探讨对腹部手术后发生高渗出性伤口的护理。[方法]评估伤口后应用一件式造口袋收集漏出液,或采用持续负压引流,合理换药及保护伤口周围皮肤,以促进伤口愈合。[结果]18例病人伤口周围皮肤完整无损,局部无感染,全部治愈出院。[结论]合理换药,选择正确的引流方式,加强伤口换药,采用皮肤保护膜避免渗出液刺激皮肤等相关护理措施,能有效保护伤口周围皮肤,减轻病人痛苦,减少医护人员工作量,促进伤口愈合。

Objective：To probe into the nursing care of hyper-exudative wounds in patients after undergoing abdominal operation.Methods：After the evaluation of the wounds,one-piece ostomy bag was used for collecting the transudate,or using the continuous negative pressure drainage,reasonable dressing and protecting the skin around the wound so as to promote the wound healing.Results：Results：After the foregoing treatment,all the 18 patients were healing well and discharged,the skin around the wounds in all the patients was intact and no local infection occurred.Conclusion：To use the relevant nursing measures including choosing reasonable dressing and correct drainage mode,strengthening wound dressing,using skin protective film to avoid transudate irritating the skin can protect the skin around the wounds effectively,relieve the distress of patients,reduce the work load of doctor-nurse staff,and promote the wounds healing.
