摘要
采用S-8、D-3520、ADS-8、DM-0301、AB-8五种大孔树脂对槟榔多酚进行纯化,筛选出S-8型号大孔树脂对槟榔多酚进行纯化,其效果最好。通过动态吸附与解析实验,得到S-8型大孔树脂的最佳吸附条件为:上柱液pH为2.0,上柱液浓度为2.05 mg/mL,上柱液体积为6 BV;最佳解析条件为:解析液pH为4.0、乙醇浓度为75%、解析液体积为6 BV。
The poly-phenols of Areca catechu L Nut was purified by macroporous resin and the process conditions were optimized. The results show that AB-8 had a better purification rate of of Areca catechu Nut polyphenols among S-8,D-3520,ADS-8,DM-0301,AB-8 macroporous resin,and the best adsorption conditions were as follows: column liquid pH2.0,column liquid concentration 2.05 mg/ mL,column liquid volume 6 BV. The best elution conditions were: elution pH4.0,elution concentration 75%,elution volume 6BV. The best adsorption conditions and the best elution conditions make up the optimal process to purify poly-phenols of Areca catechu.
