近年来,我国汽车行业的迅猛发展,给零部件供应商的质量管理带来了新的挑战。文章结合当前我国汽车零部件供应商的质量管理现状,对基于过程控制的供应商质量管理方法进行了研究,提出了过程控制的5个步骤,总结了适用于我国微车产业供应商特点的过程控制方法。

In recent years, China＇s automobile industry has developed rapidly, which challenges the quality management of components and parts suppliers. Based on the status quo, the paper studies the supplier quality management methods on the basis of process monitoring, putting forward five steps about process monitoring, and summarizing the process monitoring methods that are suitable for lhe characters of China＇ s miniommercial vehicles suppliers.
