改革开放以来,我国建筑工程项目不断增加,但是一些单位和部门对建筑工程项目的成本管理认识不到位,造成了不必要的浪费或损失,因此建筑企业必须严格控制建筑工程项目成本,实现社会效益和经济效益双丰收。

Since the reform and opening-up, the construction projects in China has increased growingly.
