An Exploration of Ways to Reform and Develop Rural Credit Union under the New Situation——A Survey on the Rural Financial Organizations in Guangxi

2003年以来,深化农村信用社改革取得了重大进展和阶段性成果。笔者对2005年9月28日广西壮族自治区农村信用社联合社成立以来同步探索推进省、县两级管理体制和产权制度改革与发展情况进行了调查,时西部少数民族地区农村信用社改革发展的路径进行了探索。

The rural credit union has achieved great progress in reform and interim results since 2003. This paper makes a survey on the reform and development of the managing system and property right system of township and county on 28th Semptemper 2005, exploring ways to reform and develop for the rural credit union in minority areas in western China.
