中西医结合治疗耳带状疱疹18例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating 18 cases of herpes zoster in the integrative medicine

目的:分析并评价采用中西医结合疗法治疗耳带状疱疹的临床疗效及治愈时间。方法:将我院自2007年11月～2011年6月期间收治的36例耳带状疱疹病人随机分成观察组与对照组各18例,对照组给予抗病毒药物、激素、神经营养药物及血管扩张药物进行治疗,观察组在此基础上再给予龙胆泻肝汤进行治疗。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率与对照组相同,均为100%,无显著差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义。观察组痊愈人数明显多于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01),具有统计学意义。两组经过治疗后,观察组的治愈时间明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:采用抗病毒药物、激素、神经营养药物及血管扩张药物联合龙胆泻肝汤的中西医结合疗法治疗耳带状疱疹的临床疗效令人满意,其疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective：To analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating herpes zoster in the integrative medicine and healing time.Methods：36 cases of herpes zoster patients admitted to our hospital from November 2007 to June 2011 period were randomly divided into observation group and control group,18 each,the control group were given antiviral medicine,hormones,neurotrophic medicine and blood vessels the expansion of drug treatment in the observation group on this basis to give the Longdan Xiegan decoction for treatment. Results：After treatment,the observation group,the total efficiency and the control group were 100%,no significant difference（P0.05） were not statistically significant.The number of observation group recovered significantly more than the control group,significant difference（P0.01） ,with statistical significance.The two groups after treatment,the cure time of the observation group was significantly less than the control group,significant differences（P0.05） ,with statistical significance.Conclusion：The satisfactory clinical efficacy of combination therapy of antiviral medicine,hormones,neurotrophic medicine and the integrative medicine treatment of herpes zoster,its efficacy is superior to western medicine alone.
