白芨硫酸钡胃肠钡餐造影诊断溃疡性胃癌的初步探讨

目的:探讨使用白芨硫酸钡在胃肠钡餐造影中诊断溃疡性胃癌的价值,以寻找较常规法X线钡餐造影更有效、更简便方法。方法:将白芨粉与医用硫酸钡混合,制成白芨硫酸钡混悬剂,病人吞钡后分别在立位、卧位状态下采用正位、右前斜位、左前斜位等多种体位观察并适时摄片。结果:白芨硫酸钡因其粘稠度高于普通硫酸钡,在胃肠内通过较慢,使溃疡、充盈缺损等病变显示更清楚,暴露充分。加之白芨具有止血功效,可减少钡剂对通常容易出血的溃疡性胃癌的创伤和出血。结论:使用白芨硫酸钡在胃肠钡餐造影中具有操作简便、病灶暴露清楚,并在减少或控制造影剂对病灶的损伤出血方面具有独特的优势。

Objective：To investigate the value of the use of bletilla striata and barium sulfate gastrointestinal barium meal radiography in the diagnosis of ulcerative gastric cancer,to search for more effective and simple,convenient methods in X-ray barium meal Methods：Mix bletilla striata powder and medical barium sulfate together,the patient swallow the suspension agent,and make the positions of positive,right anterior oblique position,left anterior oblique position and other ones,then observe and take radiography timely.Results： The viscosity of bletilla striata and barium sulfate is higher than the ordinary barium sulfate,through the gastrointestinal slowly,expose the ulcer,filling defect of such lesions fully.Together with Bletilla striata has hemostatic effect,can reduce the risks of bleeding and hurting. Conclusion：The use of Bletilla striata and barium sulfate in gastrointestinal barium meal has the advantages of easier operation,exposure the lesions clearly,and has unique advantages of reducing the hurting and controlling bleeding of the lesions.
