聪耳通窍汤治疗暴聋的临床研究

Clinical research on treating sudden sensorineural hearing loss with the Conger Tongqiao decoction

目的:观察聪耳通窍汤治疗暴聋的临床疗效。方法:将60名确诊为暴聋(突聋)的患者,按照随机化方案,依据1∶1的比例分为中药治疗组和西药对照组两个小组,每组各30例。中药治疗组服用聪耳通窍汤,每次100ml,每日3次。西药对照组服用甲磺酸倍他司汀片,每次12mg,每日3次,口服,共观察两个疗程(2周为一个疗程)。比较两组患者在治疗的不同阶段,其症状、体征的改善情况和两个疗程之后的疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组在第一疗程之后,两组的症状、体征情况均有不同程度的改善。第二疗程之后,治疗组总有效90%;对照组总有效率82.4%。经采用t检验,对两组总有效率进行比较,结果治疗组疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过临床实践,对照观察,中药治疗组的疗效明显好于西药对照组的疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of the Conger Tongqiao decoction on treating sudden sensorineural hearing Loss.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 for each.The treated group was given the Conger Tongqiao decoction,each 100ml,3 times a day;The control group was given mesylate betahistine tablets,12mg each time,3 times a day,oral,2 weeks for a course.Results：Symptoms,signs are different degrees of improvement in both groups after one course;The total efficacy was 90%in the treated group,82.4%in the control group.By test,total efficiency of the two groups were compared,the treated group was significantly better（P0.05） .Conclusion：Clinical effects of control group was better in the treated group.
