针刺法联合半导体激光照射治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating PHN by acupuncture plus semiconductor laser

目的:观察针刺法联合半导体激光神经根照射治疗疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效及其治疗机理。方法:87例患者随机分为治疗组44例和对照组43例,分别采用针刺法联合半导体激光神经根照射和单纯针刺治疗,并进行疗效对比观察。结果:治疗组治愈率87.6%,对照组治愈率42.8%。经统计学处理,两组疗效差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺法联合半导体激光神经根照射治疗疱疹后神经痛取效快、治愈率高,优于常规针刺疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical effects and therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture plus semiconductor laser in treating PHN.Methods：87 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treated group（44 cases） was given acupuncture plus semiconductor laser;the control group（43 cases） was given simple acupuncture treatment.Results：The cure rate in the treated group was 87.6%,42.8%in the control group,the differences were significant（P0.01） .Conclusion：Acupuncture plus semiconductor laser was effective in treating PHN,worthy of clinical use.
