针刺治疗术后肠麻痹30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of intestinal paralysis after surgery with acupuncture

目的:观察针刺治疗术后肠麻痹的疗效。方法:将60例患者按顺序分成对照组30例,治疗组30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用针刺治疗。对照2组治疗后症状改善情况。结果:经治疗3天后两组比较,治疗组症状、体征改善及总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗术后肠麻痹效果好、副作用少,值得临床推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in treating postoperative intestinal paralysis.Methods：60 cases were sequentially divided into a control group of 30 cases,the treatment group 30 cases,the control group was treated in conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture.Comparing the improvement of symptoms after treatment in two groups.Results：The efficacy of the two groups were compared after 3 days’treatment,the symptoms,signs and the total effective rate in the treatment group were better than that in control group（P0.05） .Conclusion：Acupuncture was effective in treating postoperative intestinal paralysis,worthy of clinical application.
