蜂针联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病50例疗效分析

An analysis on treating nerve root type of cervical spondylitis by bee acupuncture plus massage

目的:探讨蜂针联合推拿治疗方案对于神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2008年6月～2009年6月本院所收治的神经根型颈椎病患者50例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采取蜂针联合推拿治疗方案,对照组采取推拿联合颈椎牵引治疗方案,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:经过两个疗程的治疗,治疗组患者中有15例治愈,9例好转,总有效率达96%;对照组中有8例治愈,11例好转,总有效率为76%,两组患者治疗效果差异十分明显,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:蜂针联合推拿治疗方案对于神经型颈椎病治疗效果显著,具有极大的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of bee acupuncture plus massage in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylitis.Methods：From June 2008 to June 2009,50 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group,the treated group was treated by bee acupuncture plus massage,the control group was treated by massage joint cervical traction,compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results：After two courses of treatment,in the treated group,15 cases were cured,9 cases improved,the total effective rate was 96%;In the control group,8 cases were cured,11 cases improved,the total effective rate was 76%,differences in the two groups were significant（P0.05） ,differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The recipe of bee acupuncture plus massage was effective in treating nerve root type of cervical spondylitis,worthy of clinical application.
