中药熏洗配合关节镜下清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎57例回顾性观察

Retrospective observation on treating 57 cases of knee osteoarthritis by TCM plus arthroscopic debridement

目的:观察中药熏洗配合关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用自拟方(当归、牛膝、乳香、没药、伸筋草、透骨草等)配合关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎57例,并以玻璃酸钠配合关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎57例进行对比;结果:根据WOMAC评分标准显示,中药熏洗配合关节镜下清理术和玻璃酸钠配合关节镜下清理术组治疗膝关节骨性关节炎存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗配合关节镜下清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优良。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of TCM plus arthroscopic debridement in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods： 57 cases were treated with Zini recipe plus arthroscopic debridement,comparing with other 57 cases treated with sodium hyaluronate plus arthroscopic debridement.Results：According to the WOMAC scores standard,differences were significant in the two groups（P0.05） . Conclusion：TCM plus arthroscopic debridement was effective in treating knee osteoarthritis.
