中西医结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症39例

Treating 39 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:本组39例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,年龄48～77岁,中位数63岁;病程2～6年,中位数3.9年;绝经时间1～30年,中位数15.6年。给予口服钙尔奇D片,每次600mg,每日2次;口服仙灵骨葆胶囊,每次3粒,每日2次;连服6个月。同时肌肉注射密盖息针剂(鲑鱼降钙素注射液)50U,共3个月,第1个月隔天注射1次,第2、3月每周注射1次。治疗前和全部治疗结束后采用视觉模拟评分法评估患者腰背部疼痛程度,采用双能X线骨密度仪检测患者L2～L4椎体骨密度的平均值,并依据腰背疼痛评分和椎体骨密度评定疗效。结果:所有患者均获得随访,随访时间6～12个月,中位数8.6个月。显效26例(66.7%),有效12例(30.8%),无效1例(2.6%)。结论:应用中西医结合疗法治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症,可提高患者骨密度,减轻腰背疼痛,方法简便,疗效可靠,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating postmenopausal osteoporosis in the integrative medicine. Methods：39 cases of postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis,aged from 48～77 years,median 63 years;2～6 years of duration,median 3.9 years;menopause 1～30 years,with a median of 15.6 years were given oral Caltrate D tablets,each of 600 mg,2 times a day;and the oral Xianlinggubao capsules,each of 3,2 times a day;even for 6 months.At the same time the intramuscular dense cover interest-injection（salmon calcitonin injection） 50 U,three months,a month every other day injection of 1,2,3 weekly injections of 1.The visual analog scale assessment of patients with low back pain before treatment and the end of all treatment,using the average of the L2 to L4 vertebral bone mineral density in patients with dual energy X-ray absorptiometry testing,and based on the low back pain score and vertebral bone density assessment of efficacy.Results：All patients were followed up 6 to 12 months,with a median of 8.6 months.26 cases（66.7%） markedly effective,12 cases（30.8%） effective,Invalided in 1 case（2.6%） .Conclusion：WM therapy treatment of women with postmenopausal osteoporosis,can increase bone mineral density of patients,relieve back pain.the method is simple,effective and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
