摘要
目的:分析柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝气郁结型郁症的应用。方法:运用柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝气郁结型郁症40例。结果:40例中治愈25例,占62.5%;好转12例,占30%;无效3例,占7.5%;总有效率92.5%。结论:柴胡舒肝散加味治疗肝气郁结型郁症满意,而且副作用少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To analyze the application of the Caihu Shugan San in treating Ganqi Yujie depressive.Methods：40 cases of patients with Ganqi Yujie depression were given the Chaihu Shugan san for treatment.Results：Cured in 25 cases,accounting for 62.5%;improvement in 12 cases,accounting for 30%;3 cases,accounting for 7.5%;the total efficiency of 92.5%.Conclusion：The Chaihu Shugan san satisfaction of treating Ganqi Yujie depression efficacy and less side effects,worthy of clinical application.
