中药穴位贴敷应用于妇科腹腔镜术后腹胀的护理分析

Nursing analysis in treating abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy by acupoint sticking

目的:对采用中药穴位贴敷的方法对接受腹腔镜手术治疗后出现腹胀现象的妇科患者进行护理的临床效果进行研究分析。方法:抽取86例接受腹腔镜治疗的妇科患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组43例。A组患者在手术后进行常规护理;B组患者在手术后在A组基础上加用中药穴位贴敷进行护理。结果:B组患者治疗的有效率明显高于A组患者;该组患者的肛门排气时间和腹胀消失时间明显短于A组患者;两组患者均没有出现并发症和不良反应现象。结论:采用中药穴位贴敷的方法对接受腹腔镜手术治疗后出现腹胀现象的妇科患者进行护理的临床效果非常明显。

Objective：To analysis of the clinical effect of treating abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy by acupoint sticking.Methods：86 cases of gynecological patients that were given laparoscopic treatment were divided into two groups（A,B） ,43 cases in each group.Group A were given routine care;Group B after surgery on the basis of group A were treated acupoint sticking care.Results： Group B were significantly higher than in group A patients;Flatus and abdominal distension disappeared of this group of patients was significantly shorter than in group A patients;Two groups of patients had no complications and adverse phenomenon.Conclusion：The clinical effect of treating abdominal distension after gynecological laparoscopy by acupoint sticking is very obvious.
