摘要
采用酒石酸水溶液的萃取体系,利用正交设计,优选得到从柑桔皮中提取果胶的最佳工艺条件:萃取用酒石酸水溶液与桔皮物料比25:1、萃取溶液的pH值1.5、萃取温度90℃、萃取时间90min。按此优选最佳工艺试验,桔皮果胶平均收率达到17.08%。
Pectin was extracted from orange peel using tartaric acid aqueous as extraction system. The best technical conditions were obtained through orthogonal experiment, as follows: weight ratio of tartaric acid aqueous solution and orange peel was 25 : 1, pH of extraction solution was 1.5, extraction temperature was 90 ℃, and extraction time was 90 min. Under the best conditions, the average yield rate of pectin was up to 17.08 %.
