摘要
在高深宽比小孔检测的过程中,由于其检测操作不便,效率低,检测的难度较大。文中将接触式检测方法和非接触式检测方法相融合利用光纤传感器方法检测高深宽比小孔内径。它融合了光纤非接触与接触式探头二者的优点,并对系统的误差进行了分析,并且实现低成本高回报、操作较简便的检测装置。
Due to measurements maneuver and low efficiency in the deep hole, measurements had difficult. This paper in- troduction the methods that fusion the contact measurement methods and non-contact measurement method using optical fiber sensor to measure the hole. It combines the advantages both fiber-optic non-contact and probe contact-type, and analyzed systematic errors, detection device achieved low-cost and high returns, the operation are more simple.
