摘要 本文设计了一种基于Rockwell现场总线控制,以十字路口和丁字路口交通灯为控制对象的交通灯监控系统。该系统利用Rockwell的三层网络结构,即以太网(Ethernet/IP)、控制网(Control-Net)、设备网(Device-Net)完成整个控制过程,并以RSLogix-5000的梯形图编程软件环境实现交通灯的控制策略和中断控制,同时运用RSView32实现整个系统的监控功能,具有较强的抗干扰能力,系统结构简单紧凑,可靠性高。 The design based on Rockwell field bus control, to the crossroads and traffic lights junction is the object of control traffic lights monitoring system. The system uses three layer network structure of Rockwell, namely the Ethernet (Ethernet / IP ), control net(Control-Net ), device net ( Device-Net ) to complete the whole control process, and to the RSLogix-5000 ladder diagram programming software environment to achieve the control of traffic lights strategy and interrupt control, at the same time, the use of RSView32 to achieve the whole system has the monitoring function, strong anti-interference ability, the system simple and compact structure, high reliability.
