摘要
为了满足当前钻井逐渐深层次化、复杂化要求以及保护环境的需要,在分析目前各类环保型钻井液处理剂的基础上,以生物聚合物为主要原料,经过表面活化以及复合等工艺,研制出了抗高温弱凝胶提切剂GEL-ZL,并以此构建了抗高温弱凝胶环保型钻井液。实验结果表明,GEL-ZL的抗温性能可达160℃;能大幅度提高低剪切速率下的黏度,有利于提高钻井液悬浮和动态携砂能力,保持井眼清洁;形成的抗高温环保型钻井液滤失量低,具有良好的抑制性能和储层保护性能,渗透率恢复值达89.8%,是一种无害的钻井液体系。
In this paper, facing to the requirements of environment protection, based on the analysis of the environmentally friendly drilling fluid agents often used, a novel environmentally friendly drilling fluid system is developed with the main weak gel agent of GEL-ZL, which is stable at 160℃.The experimental results show that the environmentally friendly drilling fluid system has good performances of inhibition and reservoir protection after rolled at 160℃, the permeability recovery rate is as high as 90.0%.
