摘要
在固井过程中发生井漏将导致水泥浆返高不够、漏封目的层,导致固井作业失败。因此,为提高水泥浆防漏堵漏性能,研究了防漏堵漏水泥浆,并分析了其作用机理。利用API失水仪及DL型堵漏材料实验装置,进行了防漏堵漏水泥浆封堵渗透型漏失和裂缝型漏失的评价实验。实验结果表明,由多种材料复合而成的防漏堵漏水泥浆能够成功封堵渗透型漏失和裂缝型漏失。此外,防漏堵漏水泥浆进行了4口井现场试验,固井时无漏失情况发生,固井优质率为75%,合格率为100%。
Lost circulation is a common problem that may result in cementing operation failure.In order to improve the capabilities of lost circulation control and prevention, a new sealing cement slurry system is developed.The mechanism of sealing is analyzed in the laboratory by apparatuses of API filtrate test and DL lost circulation simulation.The experimental results show that the system can deal with fractured and penetration lost circulation effectively.It is successfully applied in 4 wells and the percent 'up to standard' rate is 100%, of which 75% is of high quality.
