内馈串级调速技术中斩波逆变部分的分析

摘要 首先介绍了内馈串级调速系统的工作原理并在此基础上指出传统的串级调速系统的优缺点,并理论上验证了以IGBT为核心的斩波器在提高转子回路电压,系统的功率因素,减少谐波分量的重要性。其次通过采用状态空间平均法,建立内馈串级调速系统的数学模型。最后通过Matlab软件对该系统进行仿真,验证了斩波式内反馈串级调速系统控制效果优越性和显著的节能效果。 Firstly, this paper introduces the working principle of internal feedback cascade speed control system and points out some advantages and disadvantages of traditional cascade speed control system based on it. Taking IGBT as a core, the importance of chopper has been theoretically verified in aspects of increasing rotor circuit voltage, improving power factor of system and reducing harmonic components. Secondly, the mathematical model of internal feedback cascade speed control system was established by state-space averaging method. Finally, the good control effect and significant energy-saving advantages of the system were verified by systemic simulation of matlab software.
