通过对直流电动机振动产生的原因进行分析,简述低振动Z4系列直流电动机的制造工艺,从而提高零部件的加工精度,降低了直流电动机的振动值。

Based on analysis of vibration causes of DC motors, this paper describes the manufacturing technology of Z4 series low-vibration DC motors. It can improve the machining accuracy of components and parts of DC motors so as to reduce vibration values.
